Pre-orders

How it works

When you pre-order, Stripe securely saves your card and nothing is charged. Each product shows its estimated delivery date.

When your piece arrives at our studio we email you. We charge your card when it ships and send tracking straight away.

Cancelling

You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order ships — just reply to your confirmation email. After it ships, the usual 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

If the charge fails

If your bank declines the charge, we email you a secure link to complete payment. Your order ships once payment is complete.
