14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you (or someone you name) receive the goods to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason.

To withdraw, tell us by email before the 14 days end — a simple statement such as “I withdraw from my order AC-1234” is enough.

Sending items back

Return the items within 14 days of telling us, unworn, with tags attached. You pay the cost of returning the goods unless the item is faulty.

Refunds

We refund everything you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the same payment method. We may wait until we receive the items back.
